1. Perform configurations changes, fixing data issues, perform code fixes / change requests / enhancements as required
2. Triage of the reported incidents
3. Proactively Monitoring the Application Health Dashboards.
4. Acknowledge any auto generated Application Alerts and act upon appropriately
5.Following Knowledge base / Run book for administrative operations, service requests

Essential technical competencies (no more than 5)

ASP.NET MVC
HTML, JS,
jQuery and
CSS MSSQL

Additional desirable requirements (no more than 3)

• Perform RCA for un-common / critical issues in coordination with Development Teams

Must Possess skills (Non-negotiable)

1. Resource Requisition Form Details Azure Monitoring, Setting up Dashboards, Workbooks, Alerts.
2. Application Monitoring.
